Our Story: From Darkness to Light
In 1959, Cuba was plunged into a darkness that changed millions of lives forever. Under Castro’s regime, freedom was stripped away, homes and businesses were seized, and overnight, a thriving nation became destitute. Those who dared to disagree were silenced—many imprisoned, others killed.
My parents made the courageous decision to flee. They left behind everything they had ever known, carrying only their faith, hope, and the clothes on our backs. I was just four years old. Our escape to the United States wasn’t a choice—it was a matter of survival.
America—the land of the free—welcomed us with open arms. Here, through grit, sacrifice, and unwavering belief in God’s provision, my family rebuilt our lives. We experienced firsthand how light can overcome even the deepest darkness.
But recently, I’ve sensed that same shadow trying to take root here. Our nation—once a beacon of hope—is being gripped by confusion, fear, and division. Our children are under attack, not just physically or emotionally, but spiritually.
And so, the Be Sparkled series was born.
This isn’t just a brand—it’s a calling. A movement to bring God back to the center of our homes, our communities, and our nation. To remind our children of their divine worth. To cover them in love, joy, and truth. To teach them that with God, they are never alone—and always victorious.
This is more than a story. It’s an invitation.

At Be Sparkled, our mission is to reignite faith, hope, and joy in the hearts of children and families by placing God at the center of their lives.
